Rattle AI
Smart Context: Smart Context makes standard Rattle alerts significantly more insightful by identifying the intent behind why an alert was triggered and providing clarity to the relevant stakeholders. The prompt is auto-generated using the workflow name and message fields. However, for greater control over the output, we recommend adding a custom prompt manually.
Example: When a Closed Won alert is triggered in a Slack channel, Smart Context provides a clear explanation behind the win.
Note: Currently supported for the Create/Update and time-based workflow types and Opportunity object only.
Ask AI: You can now ask AI directly from Slack for all the AI-powered Slack messages, like Meeting Intelligence alerts and Smart context alerts.
Note: Ask AI supports the Opportunity object currently
Integrations
Clari-copilot Integration for Rattle AI: Rattle now supports Clari Co-pilot, Clari’s conversation intelligence tool, across Rattle AI features. Initially, Clari Co-pilot works for Wizard and Meeting Intelligence.
Note: Additional AI feature support will be rolled out in upcoming releases.
Board
Shared edit rights for Admin role user: Admins (in addition to the board creator) can now be granted edit permissions to manage the same board views. You can also view the last modified user details for better visibility and understanding
Path: Teams > Board tab > Shared edit rights
Control Child Record Creation/Deletion on Board Cards (Members Role): You can now control whether end users with the Members role are allowed to create or delete Salesforce child records via the board card view.
Path: Teams > Board tab > Create associated card records
Default behavior: Enabled for all roles.
Workflows
Schedule alerts using the user's Slack time zone: You can now schedule alerts based on the Slack time zone of each user for general workflows (Create/Update, Time-Based, Stuck in Stage, MIT, Summary).
Please review the Learn More section to understand expected behavior and limitations. MIT and Summary workflows behave slightly differently, as they don’t require outbound messages from Salesforce to trigger.
Note: This feature is currently not available for Leaderboard, Digest, and Reports type workflows.
Three Levels of Field Hierarchy in Primary Message Field: We’ve added support for 3 levels of field hierarchy in the Primary Message Field section—bringing it in line with how fields are handled in other parts of workflow setup (like conditions, recipients, and child record settings).
Note: Currently available for all general workflows except the Summary workflow type.
Admin
Slack Notifications When a Team Member Joins: You can now receive a Slack notification when a new team member successfully joins your Rattle account, whether through an invite, action button (via forced Salesforce integration), or another backend-supported method.
You can also configure which users or channels receive these notifications under:
Path: Teams > Advanced tab
Note: Currently supported only for Slack.
