What is Smart Context?

Smart Context enriches Rattle alerts with AI-generated background data from sources like calls, emails, and Salesforce (SFDC). This makes alerts more actionable by providing relevant context about why the alert was triggered. Coupled with Ask AI, it enables you to ask AI anything about the Opportunity the alert was fired for.

Use Cases

  1. Deal Progress: AI-generated summary of why a deal moved stages

  2. Stage Changes: Highlights key milestones achieved to justify the stage change, providing clarity on deal progression

  3. Win/Lost Alerts: Summarizes reasons for the win or loss, offering insights into key factors and next steps

Requirements

  • Integrated Call Recorder: Ensure your call recorder is integrated for the best output quality. Rattle AI prioritizes call transcripts and emails when a call recorder is active. Configure this in the integrations page

  • Fallback: If a call recorder is not integrated, Rattle AI uses SFDC data and emails logged in Salesforce

How to Configure Smart Context

Navigate to Workflows > General > Open Existing workflows / create New > Smart context section

  1. Enable the toggle in the Smart Context section

  2. Supported Alert Types

    • Trigger Types: Create/Update and Time-based workflows.

    • Supported Objects: Opportunity (additional objects to be added in future updates)

  3. Adjust the Prompt if needed:

    1. Rattle AI auto-generates a prompt for the workflow's intent. All you would have to do is enable Smart Context and save the workflow

    2. You can manually edit or add the prompt to customize the output. However, it is recommended to add the prompt manually to have more control over the output

    3. Save or update the workflow.

    4. Finally, once set up your Alerts will now have smart context and ask AI on them, providing a richer context on alerts
