Rattle AI

  1. Pushing AI Reasoning

    With Rattle Wizard, you can now write the AI’s reasoning for every field update directly back to Salesforce (SFDC). This gives RevOps and managers full context for reporting

  2. Reasoning as a column
    You can now add the AI’s reasoning as a separate column in Rattle Wizard. This makes the insights more accessible at first glance, without having to hover over each AI-generated output.

Meeting Intelligence

  1. Force English Translation
    For calls held in other languages, the summary and any custom-prompt outputs are automatically translated back to English before posting to Slack.

    Path: Workflow → Select Prompts to Display

  2. MI: Separate Rattle Conversation Records by Workflow

    By default, a single Rattle conversation record is created if a call matches multiple workflows. Turn on this option to generate one record per matching workflow, keeping your data clean and easy to filter.
