Your reps have crazy schedules and are in back-to-back meetings all day long. With "Meetings" workflows, Rattle lets reps manage their salesforce, log calls, add tasks all while sitting in Slack.

A rep gets an alert 5 minutes before or after their meeting with a prospect in Salesforce and can manage the record via Slack. That means your reps do not have to dedicate hours updating the CRM and they get more time crushing their quotas 😁

Note - To use this, each user needs to have their own Rattle account and integrate their own Google calendars

Configuration

  • Go to "Meetings", and click the button "Create Workflow"

  • Select whether you want to create an alert on Opportunity, Contact, or Lead object

  • Customize the Slack alert in the "Slack message" section to ensure that your rep has sufficient context about the record before she hops into a meeting.

  • Click "Add Button" to let your rep push changes in her Salesforce through the slack alert.

  • Next, add the name of the rep in the "Who will get the message" section

  • Post this, save this Meetings workflow. If you are an admin or a Super Admin, you can push your changes to all your reps' accounts using the "Save for team" button.

  • Next, decide whether you want to send these meeting alerts before or after the meeting

  • With this, you are all set to receive slack alerts before/after your meeting with a prospect in Salesforce.
