Have you created a Salesforce Report to view Opportunities with Close Dates in the past, only to forget to look at it daily - or - get distracted when you have to message individual team members to update the Close Dates?

Rattle can save you time and automate your reminders! By creating Workflows with Date Conditions relative to TODAY, you can send or receive notifications for applicable opportunities.

There are three ways to configure a condition that compares a date field to today, they are outlined in the video below.

Time-Based Alerts allow you to trigger an alert relative to the value in a date field (ex: 7 days after close date)

Create/ Update Alerts allow you to trigger alerts by comparing two SFDC date fields (ex: If close date is less than a formula field for today's date)

Moment in Time Alerts allow you to set a date range for a specific field and see all records that meet that criteria (ex: All records with close dates in the last 7 days)

Let's Rattle!
