What is it?

The embedded images feature allows users to convert Rattle alerts into shareable images so celebrating big wins can carry beyond an individual notification!

How is it set up?

The ability to generate an image from a Rattle notification can be added to any workflow by adding a message button.

Once the button is added to the workflow, recipients will be able to generate an image from a notification, selecting fields on the notification to be obscured when the image is created.

When to use it?

This is a great way to share exciting milestones or wins outside beyond a single channel or outside of your organization. Help your team get hyped about their achievements!

Ideas:

  • Marketing: Event ROI target met

  • BDR/SDRs: Meetings Set

  • AEs: Deals Won

  • Customer Success: NPS Responses

Additional Information:

  • Selecting a field to be obscured when generating an image will obscure it in both the opening text and the message body.

  • If an image is generated, the action will be captured under the notification with a link to the image itself.

  • Images generated will also be captured as an action taken, visible from the "Messages Sent" link on the workflow.

  • If a Rattle notification includes a GIF, it will not be included in the image.
