One piece of information is required to establish the integration between Rattle and Zendesk:
Zendesk subdomain
Finding Your Subdomain:
1. Log in to Zendesk.
2. Once logged in, the URL will contain your organization’s subdomain.
3. The subdomain is the text that precedes .zendesk.com in the URL.
Setting Up Your Integration:
Log in to Rattle.
On the Integrations page, click the purple “Integrate” button on the Zendesk card.
When prompted, the Rattle App will ask you to add your Zendesk subdomain:
4. Click “Integrate”
5. You will be sent to a url asking for permissions to allow Rattle to Access your Zendesk account.
6. Select "Allow"
That’s it! You are ready to begin building rattles for Zendesk!
Additional Information:
Once the Rattle Super Admin has integrated Zendesk, Rattle has been installed at the company level. If you would like all updates users make via Rattle to be attributed to them in Zendesk - then each user should integrate Zendesk.
