Rattle's seamless integration between MS Teams and Salesforce lets you receive custom messages within MS Teams, without leaving your Teams channel or chat.
Once integrated, all Teams within your MS Teams application will gain access to the Rattle bot.
Admin permission
First, your MS Teams admin will need to approve access for the Rattle application.
On your MS Teams Admin dashboard go to Manage apps > Select the Rattle application > Permissions > Review permissions and consent > Accept.
Once accepted, you will see the success message at the top of your browser - “Requested permission has been granted for this app".
You'll see the modal below when you try to click Integrate next to the MS Teams logo on the Integrations page.
Steps to Integrate
It only takes two clicks to connect your MS Teams account
Navigate to the Integrations tab, on the main menu at the left.
Click on the Integrate button next to the MS Teams logo to see the modal below. Continue if your MS Teams admin has already granted you permission.
Select the MS Teams account you wish to log into.
That's it, you now have MS Teams integrated with Rattle!
