Summary
The Subscription tab on the Rattle web app gives you the full picture of your Rattle plan. This includes contracted seats, pricing plan, configured users and the total users that are using Rattle. This tab is visible only to Admins/Super admins.
Definitions
Contracted seats: Total number of seats you have purchased the Rattle subscription for.
Configured users: Salesforce users that should be invited to Rattle. Configured users can be defined using conditions on the User object.
Uncontracted users: Users that are actively using Rattle but not part of the Configured users list.
Total users: This is the sum of Configured users and Uncontracted users. This number represents the total users that are using Rattle.
How is it set up?
Under the ‘Configured users’ tab, you can select which users from your Salesforce instance should have access to Rattle. This can be set up using conditions upon clicking the ‘Configure’ button.
To see the recent activity of users under Configured/Uncontracted users, click on the ‘Activity log’ link.
