Engagement Score

Rattle helps you draw better insights of the effectiveness of your workflows by showing you not only the alerts that were sent but also engagement on the same.

Engagement measures your team's interaction with Rattle alerts which can include button clicks, replies in thread, emoji reactions etc.

Engagement Score is calculated at three levels:

  • Workflow level

  • Recipient level (User, Channel or Groups)

  • Overall (on all alerts that were sent)

This is a relative score (relative to engagement scores in Rattle’s customer instances) that can have 3 values:

  • High

  • Good

  • Low
