By integrating Zoom, you can now use the Meeting Intelligence feature to send insights such as meeting summary, next steps and coaching notes to deal rooms.
Adding the App
Go to the 'Integrations' page on the Rattle web app.
Click on 'Integrate' on the Zoom integration card.
Your Zoom account administrator must pre-approve Rattle in the Zoom marketplace in order to integrate Zoom.
Your Zoom account should now be connected to Rattle.
Usage
Integrate Zoom: By following the steps above, integrate the Zoom app through the Integrations page.
Enable Meeting Intelligence: Head over to Settings under the Meetings tab to enable Meeting Intelligence. You would notice Zoom integration already enabled there.
Removing the App
In order to remove the Rattle app from your Zoom account, follow the steps below:
Login to your Zoom Account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.
Click Manage >> Added Apps or search for the "Rattle" app.
Click the "Rattle" app.
Click Remove.
Please note that on removing the Rattle app, Meeting Intelligence would no longer work and you would stop receiving call insights on deal rooms.
