To use the 'Remove channel members' option under Trigger actions while creating a Deal Room trigger, you would need to make a change on your Slack permissions for this to work.

Please follow the steps below in order to make the change:

  1. Under your Slack workspace name, go to Workspace Settings

  2. Head over to the 'Permissions' tab and expand 'Channel Management'
    ​


    ​

  3. Under 'People who can remove Channel members', select 'Everyone except guests' and save.
