Rattle's homepage provides Admins and Super Admins with a summarized view of how their organization uses Rattle's various features.

Setting up Rattle

When you open Rattle for the first time, you'll see the set-up page prompting you to complete three simple steps.

1. Integrate a CRM - Salesforce or Gainsight

2. Connect your Messaging app - Slack or MS Teams

3. Create a workflow - Use Rattle to solve your first GTM roadblock

Navigating the Homepage

Once you've set up your Rattle account, in the Home tab, you'll be able to see your usage of all the main features of Rattle in one snapshot.

The homepage tells you three things:

  1. Features in use: Here you'll see a list of the features your organization has used in the last 90 days, accompanied by usage metrics against each one.
Next to the feature names, you'll find usage tags providing insights into how effectively you're utilizing each feature compared to other organizations of similar sizes.

  2. Untapped features: This section shows you a list of Rattle features you haven't tried out yet. Click the Create button to give them a spin, or Upgrade for access.

  3. Integrations: The last section gives you a quick view of the status of all your integrations.
