Rattle is committed to providing a seamless integration experience with Salesforce (SFDC), ensuring that changes within Salesforce are accurately reflected within Rattle in real-time. We're excited to introduce the Inactive Resource Monitoring update, a feature designed to enhance system integrity and synchronization.

What's new?

Whenever a resource (such as a flow, workflow rule, or outbound message) is deleted directly from Salesforce, the corresponding workflow will now be automatically marked as inactive within Rattle. This update guarantees that Rattle remains synchronized with Salesforce, avoiding any discrepancies that might affect your workflows.

How it works:

Automatic updates

Changes in Salesforce’s resources are checked periodically, ensuring that Rattle's status is always up-to-date.

Customer alerts

If a resource is deleted/deactivated in Salesforce, your team is immediately notified through Rattle’s Slack app.

Slack Notification

'Needs fix' tab

All affected workflows are visible in the needs fix tab

Workflow Impact:

- Workflows (of types create/update, stuck in stage and time-based) will be marked as inactive if the associated Salesforce resource is deleted.

- For Deal Room and Enablement (Assistance) workflows, while they won't be marked as inactive, you'll still be notified about any changes, ensuring continuous awareness.

Stay Informed:

This update is part of our ongoing efforts to ensure that your experience with Rattle is as efficient and reliable as possible. We understand the importance of keeping your workflows uninterrupted and your systems synchronized.
