In-app Homepage

  • New User Experience: Get started faster and smarter with your new personalized homepage. It guides you through setup, provides insights into team adoption, and offers tips to maximize your Rattle experience.

Board

  • Auto-login (Super Admins): Super Admins can now leverage the "Sign up with Google" functionality within Salesforce/Slack to automatically create Rattle accounts for new users, eliminating manual setup and encouraging broader team adoption.

  • Focus Mode: Enhance your data analysis experience with the new full-screen Board view. Simply click the expand icon to minimize distractions and maximize visibility for more focused and productive work.

  • U.I. Enhancements:

    • Starred Default Views – Each object now comes with pre-starred default views, making it easier for you to find the information you need quickly. For example, the "My Opportunities" view will be automatically starred for your convenience.

    • Default Columns for Opportunities – We've updated and added default columns for the Opportunities object, providing you with the most relevant data at a glance.

    • Context-sensitive Calculation Row – The calculation row now appears only when there are compatible fields (currency, integer, double) present in the view, eliminating unnecessary clutter and ensuring the display of relevant data.

Digest

  • Targeted Alerts: Previously, users could highlight any field in the Digest. With this update, highlighting is refined to focus specifically on fields within your condition group. Additionally, cells now illuminate only when their individual conditions are met, ensuring you receive notifications for the most impactful changes.

Rattle-SFDC Integration from Slack

  • Simplified Integration: Super Admins and Admins can now enable seamless integration, allowing users to connect their personal Salesforce accounts directly from within their Slack workspace. This eliminates the need for separate logins and streamlines the connection process for your entire team.

That’s it for this week! Check back next Tuesday for more product updates from the Rattle team.
