Overview

Rattle's Clari integration helps operationalize insights such as Clari CRM Score and more by relaying it to Slack at the right time and when it is most useful.

Use-cases

Some of the use-cases you could start using the Clari integration for include:

  1. Send an alert listing all ‘Commit’ opportunities with CRM Score less than XX

  2. Bookmark Clari CRM Score to your Deal Room channels for all-time visibility on Slack

  3. For opportunity alerts when forecast changes, display Clari CRM Score along with the alert

  4. Send an alert listing all opportunities closing this month but with CRM Score less than XX

Setting up

  1. Integrate Clari on the 'Integrations' page

  2. You will be asked to enter the access token which you can find on your Clari account under Settings > API Token
    ​

Usage

Once Clari is integrated, you can start using the integration in the following places:

  1. Display Clari CRM Score in alerts: Simply toggle this setting under Message Fields in order to display CRM Score. This option will be visible only for workflows built on Opportunity object.

  2. Filter alerts based on CRM Score: Once Clari is integrated, you will find a new section on Workflows called 'Filters'. Use this to filter alerts by Clari CRM Score. This is especially useful to filter opportunities in 'Summary' type workflows.

  3. Bookmark CRM Score in Deal Rooms: On your Deal Room workflows, you will find an option to turn on Clari CRM Score bookmark for channels. Use this to display CRM Score in deal room channels.
