Board & Digest

  1. Settings - Admin Controls: Super Admins and Admins can now control which features Members and Admins have access to on Board.

  2. Digest - Workflow revamp: You can now add conditions to a Digest directly (instead of choosing workflows), assign highlights and colors in the workflow itself and more.

  3. Board - Character count added on Long Text Area fields: Enables a more intuitive editing experience.

  4. Board - Keyboard shortcuts added:

    1. Pressing Esc closes the side drawer.

    2. Pressing Enter saves changes while creating/editing views.

  5. Board - Long Text Area field value will persist when update fails: Once user clicks outside the long text area field, the value would get reset to the previous value.

  6. Board - New filter condition options added:

    1. 'Assigned to me' in Events object

    2. 'Is not me' added for user fields

Workflows

  1. 'Create object' button in workflows now supports creation of any object: It was previously limited only to related objects of the Principal objects selected on the workflow.

  2. Formatting of rich text on Slack will now be carried over to Salesforce rich text fields: Formatting options supported currently include: Bold, Italics, Strike through, Bullets and Numbered list. Nested lists are not supported as of now.

  3. Currency values can now be compared to other SFDC currency fields: This functionality is currently available in Create/Update Workflows and will soon be live in Time Based and Stuck in Stage workflows as well.

Deal Rooms

  1. Deal Room to remain unarchived in case of other 'active' Opportunities: Deal Room channels will stay active until all the Opportunities associated with the account of the Deal Room channel meet the archival conditions.

  2. Linking Deal room now has Stage mentioned against the opportunity: Linking existing room Opportunity dropdown has the stage added to the Opportunity name to distinguish records having the same name.

  3. Delivery day for Deal Room summary reports: You can now set a day for Deal Room summary reports. The summary report would be delivered weekly/monthly from the respective day you have selected.

Meeting Intelligence

  1. Support for 'Department' field on Zoom conditions: Meeting Intelligence workflows now support the host's Department in Zoom conditions.
