An intro to Atlas
Atlas is a collaborative revenue process tool that leverages live CRM data to identify bottlenecks and fine-tune your revenue strategy for maximum efficiency.
Using Atlas' simple drag-and-drop components, you can build a standardized real-time map of your sales process, to help your team know which stage they're at and which steps to take next.
Example use-cases
Visualization: See the full picture of your revenue process. Consolidate scattered, static revenue process docs into a single dynamic view.
Insights: Get real-time insights from live CRM data and act on potential roadblocks. You can proactively monitor your processes and act before issues can escalate.
Actionability: Drive process adherence by creating workflows that drive action within your team at the most reasonable time.
β
Permissions
Access modes: Atlas has two access modes, view and edit.
Creating an Atlas - ONLY super admins and admins can create Atlas', members can only view them.
Transfer of edit rights - Only one user can edit an Atlas at a time. If multiple users access the same link, the first user to do so will be able to edit it. Subsequent users can only view it until the current editor exits their session.

Workflow block hierarchy
Workflow blocks function as a high-level console for all workflows built within your organization.
On your workflow block you see the workflow name and type, alert analytics, principal object, and active/inactive status.
Click once on the workflow block to access workflow settings, controls to preview/edit/delete live workflows, and to change the block color.
Click the settings icon to switch the workflow status between active/inactive, modify the sum/count criteria, flag the workflow for testing, and view the timestamp of the last edit.
Add existing Workflows to your Atlas
There are 2 ways to add existing workflows to your Atlas:
Connect an existing workflow:
Add a workflow block from the edit panel, by clicking on it.
Click on the Workflow block and select Connect Existing.
Select the workflow from the drawer that pops up, and click connect to block.
Import a Workflow

To preview a workflow, click on Workflow > Preview.
To edit a Workflow:
Click on the Workflow > Edit > Make your changes > Update workflow.
To edit within Preview mode, click the blue edit button at the bottom right on your preview modal.
Activate/Deactivate a workflow
Atlas works as a console for all your workflows. You can temporarily deactivate or activate workflows from within Atlas.
To do so, click on the settings icon, and then toggle on/off the activation.
Green indicates active, and red marks an inactive workflow.
Marking a workflow as active/inactive will stop the workflow from firing globally, across all integrated tools, and not just within Atlas.
Flag as Testing
Still, working out the kinks? You can also add a testing ribbon to your workflow. Go to Settings > toggle on/off Testing.
Changing the activation status, or adding a testing ribbon will not affect workflow data.
Understanding workflow criteria
The criteria toggle on the workflow block helps you understand which records need resolution based on the conditions you set.
Sum criteria
Set your workflow block to list the sum total of a specific field within your SFDC account. You can also choose relevant fields from the drop-down menu.
To do so, go to Settings > select Sum. If you want to change the field from which values are being pulled, go to Settings > Configure Sum.
The sum is displayed as a USD value.
Drill down into these records by clicking on the sum value. A modal will open on the right, where you can filter your view by all records or record owners.
Need to notify an account owner of a status change? Send them a Moment in Time notification from Atlas. Criteria > Record list > Sort by Record Owner > Send MiT.
Count criteria
Set your workflow block to display the total count of records that meet the workflow conditions.
To view the count, go to Settings > Select Count.
The total count will be listed on the workflow. Click on the message displayed to view the list of records.
From the modal which pops up, you can filter by all records, record owner, and also select owners to send an MiT to.
Sent alerts analytics
Clicking the number of alerts in any workflow provides more detailed information about each sent alert, allowing you to drill down for further insight.
A modal will slide in from the right, showing the date, recipient, number of actions taken, and a link to access the records in your SFDC, all of which reflect data from the past 360 days.
Visual design
Use the shape block and connecting arrows to add clarity and clear hierarchies to your sales process.
You can also change the color of each workflow block to better categorize them. Workflows need to be in an active state to change their color.
