Workflows

  • NEW! Summary Workflow – Tired of receiving a million Slack alerts for tiny changes? Our new "Summary Workflows" group those changes together, giving you one clear update without the noise. Plus, it taps into Salesforce's history tracking, so you're always in the know.

  • Relative Date Support – Need to make time-sensitive calls? Now you can set relative dates as conditions in your workflows. This means your "On Create/Update," "Time-based," and "Stuck in Stage"

workflows can be even more precise.

  • Hidden Fields: We get it, sometimes you don't need every detail in your alerts. Now you can hide specific fields in Rattle alert message buttons, showing only what matters to you. Works for Create, Update, and Update Lookup object buttons too.

Meeting Intelligence

  • NEW! Follow-up Emails – Skip the tedious email drafting and send personalized emails directly to all meeting attendees from Slack. Rattle's A.I. helps by suggesting content based on your call transcript, saving you valuable time. With a single click, your email is ready in Gmail with external members automatically added and internal ones CC'd. Use your customizable template for a perfect finishing touch. (NOTE: Only available to users with both Slack and Gmail.)

Board

  • Calculation support – Board now automatically calculate sums, averages, minimums, and maximums for integer, double, and currency fields. This gives you the insights you need to forecast like a pro and confidently make data-driven decisions.

  • Overview Tab – We've made managing your Board information even easier. The new Overview Tab lets you quickly adjust and organize info across all columns, making data management way more efficient.
