Now that you have all your rattles in place, we want you to be able to measure the performance of your rattles. With analytics, you can have a basic understanding of how your users are using different types of rattles and how much they are interacting with each alert.

For detailed analytics, we have introduced an ‘Analytics dashboard’. Reach us out at apoorva@gorattle.com to get early access.

In order to view the analytics, follow these steps -

  • Once you log in to your Rattle account, go to the workflow section. Currently, you can view analytics for workflows, meetings, reports, and approvals.

  • For each rattle that you have created, you will see a number populated under the ‘Message sent’ column. This number tells you how many times a slack message has been triggered from the time the workflow was created.

  • Upon clicking these numbers, you can see who all have interacted with slack alert. This data is present at a message level. For the alerts where users interacted, you can drill deeper to see what action was taken and by whom.
