Meeting Intelligence is Rattle’s AI-powered feature that helps your team in two areas:
Deal visibility: After each call, the summary, next steps, and coaching notes are sent directly to the deal room channel. This helps sales leaders and managers stay updated on your most important deals, without having to listen to call recordings or wait until their 1:1 with reps.
CRM Hygiene: After each call, reps get notified of the data points that Rattle identified from the call. This info can then be pushed to your CRM in a single click.
Prerequisites
To begin utilizing Meeting Intelligence, you will need to integrate one of the following call recording systems: Gong, Zoom, or Chorus. This integration can be done through the Integrations page.
Setup
Navigate to the Meetings tab and click on the Advanced Settings section.
Within the Meeting Intelligence subsection, select the 'Yes' option to enable this feature.
You have the flexibility to enable or disable three specific use-cases based on your requirements:Create custom object on SFDC: By enabling this feature, a custom object called 'Rattle Conversations' will be created within Salesforce. This object serves as a repository for insights generated through call transcripts.
Send call insights to deal rooms: By enabling this, you can configure sending call insights (summary, next steps, coaching notes) to deal rooms and/or a custom channel.
Custom prompts: Customize the prompts used to extract relevant information such as summaries, next steps, and coaching notes from call transcripts. This allows you to tailor the generated insights to suit your specific needs.
Sample message: Optionally, you can utilize the 'Sample message' option to preview and fine-tune the content of the automated messages.
Field update suggestions: Once enabled, selected recipients will receive alerts containing field update suggestions based on the data points identified during meetings. This feature significantly streamlines data entry and ensures data accuracy.
Select the fields whose values that you want to extract from the call transcript.
Optionally, add a prompt to fetch the appropriate value from the transcript.
Choose whether you wish to append the value fetched or overwrite the existing value on the field.
Save your settings to start using Meeting Intelligence and build workflows.
Additional information
Analytics: On the Meetings home page, you can click on the Meeting Intelligence widget to get insights into the messages that were sent out.
Security: Rattle uses the OpenAI API to process call transcripts and deliver insights to your communication system (Slack) and your CRM. It is important to note that Rattle does not retain any call information or transcripts on its servers. For more detailed information regarding OpenAI's API data usage policies, please refer to the official OpenAI API data usage policy page here.
Translations: Rattle provides support for the following translations for MI summaries, including default and custom prompts.
In the case of a Zoom integration, closed captions (CC) will need to be enabled by the host, at the start of each call for Spanish, French, and Portuguese.
