Once you meet all the prerequisites, you're all set to get started with Rattle.
Create your account
Go to the link "https://app.gorattle.com/onboard/" and enter all the details to create your Rattle account, you'll need a company email address to create an account. Post this, you will be redirected to the Integrations page in your Rattle web application.
To start using Rattle, you need to integrate with both Salesforce and Slack. We use OAuth integration with both software.
Integrate Salesforce
Two clicks is all it takes.
Click the Integrate button next to the Salesforce logo. You will be redirected to the Salesforce instance open in your browser, click Allow.
Salesforce is now integrated with your Rattle account.
To delete Salesforce, click Remove.
Note: Rattle will integrate with the most recent Salesforce login on your browser. So if you'd like to sign into a sandbox account, make sure you log out of all other SFDC accounts first.
Removing a Salesforce integration will not affect workflows created for Admin and Member roles, since the Super Admin's Salesforce holds the parent link.
We are SOC 2 compliant and don't collect or store any data from an integrated app. Read more about security measures here.
Integrate Slack
Again, two clicks is all it takes.
Click the Integrate button next to the Slack logo. You will be redirected to your Slack permissions page, click Allow.
Slack is now integrated with your Rattle account.
To delete Slack, click Remove.
And that's it! You're all set to create your first Rattle 👍
