Meeting Intelligence

  • Date Range & Call Selection: Deepen your call analysis with our new 'Send Sample Message' feature. Now, you can select specific dates and calls for a more thorough analysis, ensuring you focus on the most relevant conversations for your needs.

  • Language Support: Meeting Intelligence now supports Spanish, Portuguese, and French. Meetings conducted in these languages will have summaries automatically generated in the same language, facilitating better understanding and engagement for global teams.

  • Message Buttons: Streamline your workflow with the new 'Update Next Steps' button in Slack. This feature allows you to plan and initiate follow-up actions directly from Slack, enhancing productivity and team coordination.

  • Timezone Customization: Cater to global team needs by setting local time zones for each workflow. While the default remains Pacific Standard Time (PST), this flexibility ensures that everyone is on the same page, regardless of their geographical location.

  • GPT-4 Integration: We've upgraded to GPT-4, leveraging its advanced reasoning capabilities. This shift ensures more accurate and insightful meeting summaries, improving the overall quality of your meeting intelligence.

Disclaimer: For transparency and clarity, all meeting summaries will now include a 'Generated by AI' note, ensuring users are aware of the AI-assisted nature of these insights.

SFDC Integration with Slack [Beta]

  • In-Slack Integration: Now when you click on a Rattle alert in Slack, you'll be seamlessly prompted to link your SFDC accounts right within the Slack environment. This integration is triggered either by admin-enforced policy or in the absence of an admin invitation, simplifying the process and ensuring smooth, uninterrupted workflow integration.

Workflows

  • Visibility of Acknowledgments: In an effort to enhance accountability and visibility, the names of users who click on the acknowledge button in Slack alerts will now be displayed. This feature is applied to all workflows, both new and existing, offering a transparent way to track engagement and response within your team.
