Board is a unified view of all your records on Salesforce, create custom views for different teams, and sort and edit data right from within Board.

It gives you a faster way to update Salesforce, manage your pipeline, and inspect deals.

Prerequisites

The following prerequisites need to be met for a user to access Board effectively :

  • Rattle account - Every user should have a unique Rattle account to access Salesforce.

  • Integrating Salesforce to Rattle - Data can be edited only when your Rattle and Salesforce accounts are integrated. This can be done within Board itself, by clicking on the 'Connect to Salesforce' button on the top right corner.

Users can still see Board views without an integrated Salesforce account, but will not be able to edit them.

Possible Board use cases

  • A pipeline to view your Opportunities

  • A list of Closed won Opportunities in the last 30 days

  • All new leads from the latest quarter

  • Opportunities not closed and of a specific value

  • Mark leads as qualified

  • See all leads where the stage has not been updated in the last 7 days (a combination of the last activity date and stage)
