Views can be edited by clicking on the ‘Column’ section on the top right corner.
Adding and removing field columns
The user can change the field columns that they are able to see in a view.
Click on ‘Columns’ at the top right.
This shows you a list of all Columns/Fields that are active.
Type to search for the Column/Field. The new field is automatically added to your list.
De-select to disable any column/field.
Click on ‘Save Configuration’ to save your selection.
Reordering fields in a view
The user can reorder the field columns that they are able to see in a view.
Click on the topic right button called ‘Columns’.
You see a list of all the fields/columns that are active.
Drag them up and down from the reorder icon.
Click on ‘Save Configuration’ to save your selection.
Note: Changes made to your Rattle Board may take up to 30 minutes to reflect due to browser caching. But don't sweat it, the update has already been made to your Salesforce account and will be visible on your Rattle board shortly.
